Hey guys, so you probably all know that I’m a BIG Cubs fan. My whole family (except my mom, a cardinals fan) are Cubs fans. One of my brothers makes sports videos and he made one for the Cubs’ postseason run. Check it out!
Pumpkin bread has to be one of my favorite fall foods, and I LOVE making it. When it’s baking it fills the house with the delicious smell of pumpkin and nutmeg!
- 2 Cups Libby’ Pure Pumpkin
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 cup Canola or Vegetable Oil
- ⅔ cup Water
- 4 eggs
- 3⅓ cups Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1.5 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- Mix Pumpkin, Sugar, Oil, Water, and Eggs in large mixing bowl until well combined.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, and Nutmeg. Stir well, then gradually pour into large bowl of pumpkin mixture. Stir well to combine completely.
- Spray TWO 9×5 Non-stick Loaf Pans with Pam Cooking Spray.
- Pour mixture evenly into loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 – 55 minutes, or until done and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. ENJOY!!
So excited to do my first movie of the month!
How to Steal a Million: Romance Comedy, 1966.
Nicole, (Audrey Hepburn) the daughter of a wealthy Frenchman, Charles Bonnet (Hugh Griffith) who creates counterfeit art learns her father is in danger of being exposed as a crook. She decides to steal the family’s forged Cellini sculpture from a museum before experts can examine it and enlists a society burglar, Simon Dermott (Peter O’Toole) to help her.
This movie is so hillarious if you haven’t seen it, go get it and watch it!
