Oh my goodness, you don’t even know how much I LOVE white chocolate chip cookies. (I especially like the chocolate) Here is the recipe for the cookies!
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups unsifted flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 bag of Ghirardelli Classic White Chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chips. Roll little chunks into balls and put onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BEST MOM EVER!!!!! Thank you for being a wonderful mom. I’m going to tell you what we did today. So to start the day out I made waffles.
(Recipe at the bottom)
Then we went to lunch at an Italian restaurant called “Basil Tree Ristorante”.
It was DELICIOUS. To start out the meal we had bread with olive oil and parmesan cheese.
Then we got our appetizers. Mozzarella Fresca con Pomadori and Fritti Mozzarelle with Marinara sauce.
Then I got my Entree. It was big 😮
It was so good, even though I didn’t eat even half of it. 😉
Happy Birthday again mom.
8 eggs, well beaten
4 cups milk
12 tablespoons vegetable oil
6 cups flour
12 teaspoons baking powder
8 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons salt
Directions – Mix the eggs, milk, and oil in a large bowl. Stir in the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and mix until blended. Heat the waffle iron, brush it with melted shortening or oil if necessary, pour in enough batter just to fill. Close and bake until the steaming stops and the waffles are crisp, tender, and brown.
