Here is a delicious pancake recipe and how to make crispy bacon.
Firsts off for the bacon you will need to preheat the oven to 375. Then get a long baking pan, line it with parchment paper and lay down as much bacon as you can. When the oven is done preheating, place the pan in the oven. I use classic cut bacon so it usually takes it only 20-25 minutes. It depends on the kind of bacon. After the timer is done or the bacon is crispy take out and immediately take off the pan and put on a plate with paper towels on it. And there you have it, Delicious crispy bacon!
For the pancakes the supplies you will need are one large bowl, one medium size bowl, a whisk, dry measuring cups, a teaspoon, a glass bowl, (to melt the butter in) a liquid measuring glass and a fork!
Your Ingredients are flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, milk, eggs and butter. (I use unsalted butter)
In a medium bowl add 8 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1/3 cup baking powder. Stir with a fork well.
Then in a large bowl add 6 cups milk and 8 eggs (I’m using almond milk and farm fresh eggs). Mix with a whisk well. Add 1 cup (2 sticks) of melted butter. Mix well!
Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix well!
Then heat up your griddle or pan to medium and put butter on (if it is a non-stick griddle, no butter needed). To check if it is ready I usually sprinkle water on, if it sizzles it’s ready to go!! To get the perfect size I use a 1/3 cup for the batter. As soon as the pancake is light brown its ready to flip. As soon as it’s light brown on the other side its ready to eat!! Pancakes with maple syrup and butter, bacon and a cup coffee is a delicious breakfast.
